The mysterious “mailbox in the middle of nowhere”, about 19 miles from Rachel, Nevada along the E.T. Highway, is no more. Click this link to see it (got a photo of it before removal).
We stopped there a few years ago and all that remained was the spot where the mailbox stood and the long mailbox road leading into the hills (Area 51?). Now there are little tributes made from stones. One says “Paul” 🙂
